In accordance with Florida Supreme Court Administrative Orders19-20, certain court case types are not viewable online. Information in some cases may also be restricted based on the party as outlined in the Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records and Access Security Matrix.
Only registered users or the attorney of record can see document images for guardianship, probate and family cases. To become a registered user, complete the online registration form.
If you qualify for a public records exemption, select information on your case may be removed from public record. To request a redaction, please complete and submit a Redaction Request for Confidentiality.
